-How did I decide to start a business?

-The desire to create and implement something new and comfortable, and to improve people's lives through better services, has always driven me. To achieve this, I partnered with like-minded individuals who shared my values. I never saw myself as a civil servant or a social worker. For me, it's not just about the business processes, but also about the business itself, although it may sound strange.

-I don't try to balance them. They exist in parallel paths.
